Hansford Dicklin AWS series is a range of premium inhibited anti-wear type hydraulic oils meeting DIN 51524 Part II performance specification and formulated from highly refined paraffinic base oil stock and fortified with selected additives to meet the requirement of major hydraulic equipment manufacturers. They have good anti-wear properties, oxidation stability and water separating properties and provide cost effective performance in modern hydraulic system working in severe condition. Effective rust and corrosion inhibitor are also include to protect the surfaces of working parts and the oil reservoir.
Hansford Dicklin AWS has been formulated to meet the requirement of many modern hydraulic systems, particularly those incorporating vane type pumps in high pressure application. Under these conditions high metal- to-metal pressures can result in a breakdown of the fluid lubricating oil film with consequent high and unacceptable wear rates. Entrained air frequently causes foaming or air release problems that can also promote premature wear and high system temperature can lead to oil oxidation and reduced service life.
VISCOSITY GRADE: DICKLIN AWS IS AVAILABLE IN FIVE (5) ISO VISCOSITY GRADES WITH THEIR TYPICAL INSPECTION.
COMPRESSOR OIL SC
SC 32, 68, 100
Hansford Compressor Oil SC are premium quality oils designed primarily for the lubrication of reciprocating air compressors operating with discharge temperatures of up to 220 degrees C. It is blended from special high viscosity index base oil stock and a carefully engineered additive system which includes a special high-temperature antioxidant and corrosion and foam inhibitors. It meets European Equipment Manufacturers' requirements for low carbon forming tendency products, as well as German Standards DIN 51506, class BDL.
Hansford Compressor Oil SC is recommended for use in crankcase and cylinders of stationary, semi-portable, and portable reciprocating air or inert gs compressors, and in the compressing chamber and running gear of drip-feed rotary compressors that have similar lubricants requirements. Although Hansford Compressor Oil SC is recommended primarily for applications requiring DIN 51506 oil, the product may be used for other compressor applications for which the manufacturer recommends the use of a non-detergent rust and oxidation inhibited oil.

SLIDEWAY OIL XT

Hansford Slideway Oil XT is a high quality multi-purpose lubricant specially designed to provide smooth and precise movement of machine tool slideways, collets and chucks. The oil is developed with a special tackiness agent and friction modifier to improve sliding motion and eliminate stick-slip motion in heavily loaded horizontal and vertical slideways. A further advantage is the in-built protection against rust and staining which keeps exposed surfaces in a clean and bright condition.
Stick-slip or leapfrog motion of a machine tool table on its way, is most likely to occur when the table is moving slowly and subjected to heavy loads. It causes poor finish and promotes wear. Many modern machines now incorporate resin coated slideways to reduce stick-slip and the use of soluble type cutting fluids is gaining wider acceptance. Hansford Slideway Oil XT oils are formulated to provide excellent demulsibility characteristic in the presence of water based cutting fluids and have no adverse reaction to resin coated surfaces.
Hansford Slideway Oil XT 68 is classified as a heavy-medium slideway oil and Slideway Oil XT 220 as a heavy slideway oil. These oils meet the requirement of Cincinnati Milacron current P-47, P50 and P-53 Specification on slideway oils.

Emulsifiable Cutting Oil
Hansford ESI-cut is the trademark of a range of high performance general purpose metal cutting fluids which combine the chemical cutting properties of extreme pressure (EP) additives with the lubricating properties of a soluble mineral oil. They are recommended for all cutting and grinding operation where the mobility of a fluid is required.
ESI-CUT 515 is a general purpose emulsifying oil or soluble oil for use in a wide variety of metalworking operations. It is very versatile economical product possessing great durability. When mixed with water, ESI-CUT 515 form a milky-white emulsion that does not gum to machine surfaces. ESI-CUT 515 are suitable for use on a wide range of ferrous metals including brass and phosphor bronze.
Corro-Kut Series Range Of Products
Hansford CORRO-KUT S1000 range of products are the complete answer to metal cutting problems wherever a hand applied cutting lubricant is preferred to flood applied coolant. For beaming, tapping, drilling and screwing operation. It provides excellent lubricity characteristics extending tool life and enabling heavier cuts to be taken. Surface finish is improved and tough metals may be machined more easily with a corresponding saving in production.
A soft, low-melting point cutting lubricant paste, which contains concentrated high performance chemical additives. Hansford CORRO-KUT S1000 metal-cutting compound is applied by brush to tool cutting edges and workplace or directly from the tube. Alternatively, tools can be dipped into the compound.
DEXCON C300 CHAINSAW OIL
Dexcon C300 Chainsaw Oil is a high performance two-stroke engine oil developed for use in all makes of air-cooled, chainsaw engines where the oil is mixed with fuel in whatever percentage as specified by the engine manufacturer. It is formulated by using the most modern additive technology together with selected paraffinic base oils to provide optimum performances.
Hansford Dexcon Chainsaw Oil C300 possesses good detergent-dispersant properties to minimize the formation of lacquers, gums and carbon deposits in the piston grooves thus ensuring that the rings stay free even a high temperatures usually attained by all air cooled chainsaw engines.
